Apple to release a software patch (iOS 5.01?) to fix the Battery Issues .. But will it close the iOS 5.0 Jailbreak?

Apple will be releasing a new patch to solve the battery issues.

If Apple release the iOS patch as iOS 5.01, does it mean we will lose the iOS 5.0 Jailbreak?
Everyone have been waiting for the iOS 5.0 Jailbreak and hope it will release soon or it will also be able to Jailbreak the iOS 5.1.

I am sure Apple will close the iOS 5.0 Jailbreak hole if they release the 5.0 JB now...
